Energy. Precision. Progress.
Reformer, Hot Mat and Mat. Three ways to move, one standard of precision.
Strength, control and precision on the reformer.
Spring resistance works the whole body in every plane while the carriage supports the spine. Technique-led classes, on fifteen machines.
Reformer Flow
Balance, strength and control on the machine.
Reformer Sculpt
Heavier springs, higher repetitions.
Reformer Cardio Pump
Strength work paired with low-impact cardio intervals.
The heat comes from above.
Infrared, not steam. The body warms before the air does.
Hot Mat. 32–36°C, fifty minutes.
Pilates-based mat training in an infrared-heated room. The bars run the length of the ceiling and warm the body directly rather than heating the air, so the room reaches 32 to 36 degrees without the heaviness of a steam-heated studio. Heat opens range and adds a cardiovascular demand, so the same fifty minutes ask more of you.
Hot Mat
Full-body mat work in the infrared room: core, hips, glutes, upper back and shoulders, with bands, balls and light weights.
The room does half the work.
Fifteen mats, infrared bars overhead, and fifty minutes that ask more of you than they look.
Mat Pilates. Pure control.
Core strength, posture, mobility and balance, on the mat. Most Mat classes run in the heated room, a few without.
