Book the room, not just the class.
The body adapts while it rests, not while it works.
Training is the stimulus. Recovery is where the change actually happens. Three rituals, used in sequence or on their own, designed to sit alongside your practice rather than after it.
Finnish sauna
One of the oldest recovery rituals in the world. Dry heat warms the body deeply and eases tired muscles and joints. A practice built on repetition: the body responds the more consistently it is used.
Steam room
Where sauna heat is dry and intense, steam is soft and enveloping. It works more gently on the muscles while doing more for the skin and the respiratory system.
Cold plunge
Cold immersion works through contrast: the shock, then the rush of warmth as the body recovers. Uncomfortable by design, and that is precisely where the benefit sits.
Contrast does the work.
Hot and cold, three cycles, then five minutes of stillness. That is what our team recommends after any MOJO class, Reformer or Hot Mat, and it works just as well on its own.
